The Office of the Senior Manager, Mail Motor Service, Chennai, has invited applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in the Tamil Nadu Circle.

👉Total Vacancies: 24 Posts

👉 Pay Scale: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level 2 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) + admissible allowances

👉 Age Limit: 18 to 27 years for UR/EWS candidates (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and up to 40 years for Government Servants as per rules) as of 30.11.2026.

📝 Educational & Other Qualifications:

✅ Pass in 10th Standard from a recognized Board/Institute.

✅ Possession of a valid driving license for light and heavy motor vehicles.

✅ At least 3 years of experience driving light and heavy motor vehicles.

✅ Knowledge of motor mechanism (ability to remove minor defects).

📌 Application Fee: ₹100/- via e-payment at any computerized post office (Exempted for all Women, SC, and ST applicants).
