✅About the Role

Citi is hiring a Data/Information Management Analyst 2 to support data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to manipulate large datasets, build management reports, and generate actionable insights.

✅Key Responsibilities

📌 Retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data using SQL, Python, and SAS.

📌 Support the production, validation, and enhancement of recurring management reports and scorecards.

📌 Assist in automation and process improvement projects to boost efficiency.

📌 Prepare presentations and summarize analytical findings for management and business partners.

📌 Ensure strict adherence to data governance standards and internal policies.

Requirements

👉 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

👉 Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analytics.

📌 Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS. (Tableau or Dataiku experience is a plus).

📌 Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
