✅About the Role

HP is hiring an HR Global Services Advisor to support core HR processes, data management, and compliance while advising on service enhancements. You will manage HR system transactions, optimize team interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.

✅Key Responsibilities

👉 Process end-to-end HR activities, including pre-hire checks, hiring, onboarding, data changes, leaves of absence, compensation, benefits, and terminations.

👉 Maintain accurate employee records, manage electronic files, and support audits, government surveys, and reporting.

👉 Create and update knowledge base articles and handle myHR-related queries.

👉 Initiate, review, and approve daily HR system transactions while ensuring strict policy compliance.

👉 Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Benefits, and Country HR teams to produce employee documents and source information.

👉 Support leadership with process improvements, continuous improvement projects, and performance tracking of incoming inquiries.

Requirements

👉 Education: Four-year Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

👉 Experience: 0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or a related field.

👉 Key Skills & Familiarity: Workday, HRIS, data analysis, process improvement, workflow management, and core administrative compliance (SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus).

👉 Core Competencies: Effective communication, customer-centricity, digital fluency, and learning agility.
