About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent acquisition support: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to close high-volume roles across dark stores, warehouses, and corporate teams.
2. Onboarding & documentation: Manage new-joiner onboarding, collect and verify documents, and keep employee records accurate and up to date in HR systems.
3. Employee engagement & HR ops: Help run engagement activities, handle routine employee queries, and support attendance and data tracking for HR reporting.
